CONTRACT AND POLICIES
· CONTRACT: A signed contract is required prior to make-up application. Signee of contract is responsible to make complete payment arrangements, specify location, date, time and number of people getting make-up application. All persons involved in make-up need to be present at scheduled time of appointment. All persons involved must ALL meet at scheduled location.
· WEDDING/BRIDAL PARTY BOOKINGS: A make-up trial for Bride is required prior to the day of to perfect colors, style of make-up and other necessary arrangements.
· TRAVEL FEE: An additional travel fee of 55 cents per mile will be enforced for clients outside a 10 mile radius of San Lorenzo, CA. Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred; the amount will be included in the final bill on the day of.
· PAYMENT: Final payment is due do day of – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment must be rendered prior to the start of service.
Payment and fees for trial make-up consultations must be paid in full on day of trial. The ONLY acceptable form of payment is CASH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
· LIABILITY: All brushes and make-up products are sanitary and are kept sanitized between every make-up application. Make-up products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by client to make-up artist prior to make-up application and if needed a sample test of make-up will be applied to a small area of skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the make-up artist(s), Ariel’s Make-Up Artistry, Ariel Reynoso from any liability due to any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
· SEVERABILITY: If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any of the law(s) of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
· TRIAL MAKE-UP: Payment and fee’s for trials are due when trial service is rendered. Contract is required to be signed the day of the trial with a 50% deposit for the day of.
· SERVICE LOACTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Location for service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements I will need to complete the make-up. A table/work area where the make-up artist can set up needs to be made available at said location. Ample lighting, weather by means of natural lighting or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly. If the service will be at a hotel I request you call the concierge and ask for a bar stool or if at home and don’t have a high chair available please let me know ahead of time so that I can provide one.
· CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are non refundable. Appointment cancelations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to appointment day. Wedding cancellations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the wedding. Pro touch up kits are non refundable.
